Window Cleaning
Pure-water reach-and-wash window cleaning for frames, sills and glass. Once you're on the round, we visit every four or six weeks — covering Burnley, Blackburn, Preston, Manchester and the rest of Lancashire.
Gutter Cleaning & Clearing
Gutters vacuumed from the ground with a wet/dry system — no ladders against your render. Up to four storeys, downpipes included, photo of the finished gutter as standard.
Pressure & Power Washing
Driveways, patios, flagged paths and commercial forecourts. The right pressure for the surface — block paving and York stone treated differently, as they should be. Domestic and commercial.
Roof Cleaning & Moss Removal
Soft-wash treatment for moss, lichen and algae on tiled and slate roofs. A controlled biocide application — never high-pressure blasting that risks loose tiles. Designed to keep the roof clean for years.
Solar Panel Cleaning

Black streaks on white plastic, gone in twenty minutes with the right solution. Covers frames, fascias, soffits, conservatory roofs and cladding. Safe on render and brickwork.
Commercial Contracts
Scheduled commercial cleaning across Lancashire and Greater Manchester. Storefronts, restaurants, schools and offices. RAMS-documented, fully insured, invoiced monthly. Current clients include McDonald's, Blackburn College and Clubhouse Blackburn.
Pure Water Filling Station
Self-serve pure water filling station for trade window cleaners. 0 TDS purified water, open six days a week from our Burnley yard. Saves running a system you only need occasionally.

Jack Fairburn started JWF in 2021 with a squidgey, bucket, ladder and van. A few years on, the bucket has been upgraded to a reach & wash system and there are a few more vans on the road.
We're a team of six now, covering everything from a back-bedroom window in Crawshawbooth to scheduled restaurant cleaning for McDonald's. The thing we're proudest of isn't any of that. It's the regulars who've been with us from the early days — the ones who'll ask us to drop their shopping in, shift a wardrobe, or just have a brew while we work. That bit hasn't changed since the second year.
We sponsor the kit at local football clubs. We back local boxers. We raise money for the charities our customers care about. None of it is for the website — but when you ask what makes us different, that's actually the answer.
